Matt is known for his exceptional outside-the-box thinking and skills in negotiation, sales, marketing and business development. An actor in his early teens until early 30’s, Matt has a B.A. from New York University and attended N.Y. Military Academy.
Michael Kaniela Wheeler
Chief Legal Officer
Mr. Wheeler is an experienced securities and corporate attorney specializing in public and private offerings, compliance, M&A, and corporate governance. Michael’s expertise extends to private equity and financial advice in M&A, divestitures and corporate restructurings. He also represents small-cap issuers and has spoken at several major conferences on alternative capital investments including Regulation A+, equity financing, and revenue share agreements.
Joseph Himy
Chief Financial Officer
An experienced Chief Financial Officer with 20 years of diversified practice in a broad range of industries and with businesses from small to large. He began his financial career with the big four accounting firm Deloitte & Touche. Currently, Mr. Himy is the managing director of the CFO Squad. The CFO Squad is a financial and business advisory firm providing CFO advisory and regulatory consulting services for private and public companies.
Brian Thomas has been a leader in technology and at technology companies since 2007. He brings experience both in-house and as a consultant in Ecommerce, Digital Marketing, SaaS and Project Management with a successful track record designing, building and deploying web applications in a variety of industries. A graduate of The Florida State University, he holds a degree in finance and has worked also in banking and hospitality. He is based in Shanghai and has worked in the US, New Zealand and China.
Mark Messina

Mr. Messina brings 20+ years of entrepreneurship and digital marketing expertise to APPlife Digital Solutions. Mark began his career as a business and marketing consultant at the Wharton Small Business Development Center at the University of Pennsylvania. After successful stints at Price Waterhouse and Booz Allen Hamilton, Mark began two decades of entrepreneurship where he has served as a marketing and technology strategist to organizations including CBS/Viacom, The United Nations, The Vatican and Caesars Entertainment.
